Frosted Embossed Membrane Switch

Membrane key switches comprise a panel, upper circuit, insulating layer, and lower circuit. Upon pressing the key, the upper circuit contact engages with the lower circuit contact to establish electrical conduction, thereby completing the circuit and generating an electrical signal. When the key is released, the contacts separate, breaking the circuit. Its operation is precise and responsive, akin to a finely-tuned mechanism, ensuring each operation accurately transmits electrical signals.

Common Types of Membrane Switch

There exists a type of flat membrane key switch whose surface is smooth and even, imparting a sense of clean aesthetics. It is frequently employed in electronic devices where appearance is paramount.
