Digital membrane switch

Membrane switches constitute an integrated operating system combining key functions, indicator elements, and instrument panels. They comprise four components: the front panel, upper circuit, isolation layer, and lower circuit. Upon pressing the membrane switch, the upper circuit's contact point deforms downward, making contact with the lower circuit's electrode plate to complete the circuit. When the finger is released, the upper circuit contact point springs back, breaking the circuit and triggering a signal. Membrane switches feature a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing design, and excellent sealing properties. They offer moisture resistance and extended service life. These switches find widespread application across electronic communications, electronic measurement instruments, industrial control systems, medical equipment, the automotive industry, smart toys, and household appliances.
