Aesthetic Appeal: Modern screen-printing techniques enable intricate patterns and text to be applied to the film, catering to diverse design requirements and elevating product aesthetics.

Versatile Panel Materials: Panel materials typically include polycarbonate (PC) and polyester (PET), offering high transparency for clear visibility of key positions and labels. Options include glossy or textured finishes, with certain materials accommodating integrated LCD display windows.

 

Performance:

Superior Sealing: Utilising proprietary techniques, these panels achieve waterproofing, oil resistance, contamination protection, and anti-static interference. They withstand diverse harsh environments—such as kitchen appliances and industrial control equipment—effectively resisting grease, dust, and static electricity to ensure reliable switch operation.

Superior Conductivity: Circuits can be printed using carbon paste, silver paste, or copper-platinum. The conductive layer is freely foldable, with resistivity controllable to specification. It withstands high-voltage shocks exceeding 100,000 volts without functional impairment, guaranteeing stable and reliable signal transmission.

Extended service life: Materials exhibit excellent insulation, heat resistance, flexural strength, and high resilience. Reverse printing techniques protect patterns from damage, typically yielding a service life exceeding three years.

Comfortable tactile feedback: Different types offer distinct haptic responses. For instance, convex-surface tactile switches provide excellent tactile sensation, while metal spring-loaded keypads deliver superior tactile feedback, uniform actuation force, and high stroke precision. This ensures clear user feedback during operation, enhancing the overall user experience.

Industrial membrane switches employ a multi-layer sealed structure, achieving IP67 protection with an overall thickness of just 1–3mm.
